Listings are research leads, not job offers or promises of a contract. Information, links, company requirements and availability may change. “Source checked” means the official equipment eligibility and application or inquiry route were reviewed; it does not mean approval, endorsement or guaranteed work. “Review” identifies important requirements that need confirmation. Service coverage does not confirm current recruiting.
Local business prospects and outreach
Find Direct Customers displays Geoapify/OpenStreetMap business records, not verified delivery contracts. Industry fit is a suggestion; it does not establish business ownership, demand, vehicle acceptance or interest in an outside carrier. Contact details may be missing or outdated. Outreach drafts are editable templates based on your entries. Review all claims, respect recipients and applicable outreach rules, and send messages yourself. BTO does not send messages or guarantee a response. Search limits and cached results help keep the tool free.
BTO Pulse market references
Pulse includes model-based estimates, advertised contractor pay references and third-party market context. These are not representative national averages of accepted box-truck transactions, verified load availability or guaranteed earnings. Advertised pay may differ from actual settlements and operating profit. The regional map derives from Freight Data Watch modeled dry-van estimates and does not measure box-truck demand or state-level rates. Review the source dates, methodology and limitations shown with each reference. Wednesday reviews do not mean every underlying source publishes new observations that day. Weather alerts are a selected summary, not complete route or safety guidance; check official local forecasts and conditions.
Your decisions and applications
Confirm equipment, operating authority, insurance, rates, deductions, expenses and contract terms directly with each company before acting. You apply through third-party websites under their terms. We do not hire drivers, place applicants, issue insurance or guarantee earnings.
Calculators and quote documents
Calculator results are planning estimates based on your inputs and the tool’s assumptions, not guaranteed costs, earnings or outcomes. Include your actual expenses, taxes, downtime and contract-specific charges.
The quote builder helps you prepare your own customer-facing quote document. You are responsible for reviewing its amounts, scope, exclusions and terms before sharing or agreeing to it. BTO is not a party to that quote and does not approve its pricing, provide the quoted services or guarantee payment. The directory and tools do not replace professional legal, tax, insurance or financial advice.
Rate-confirmation scanning beta
Optional scanning extracts information from photos, screenshots and short PDFs. Extraction can miss pages, misread numbers or omit terms. Review the original document and confirm carrier pay, currency and loaded mileage before applying numbers. A BOL, invoice or cargo valuation is not a substitute for an agreed carrier rate. Enter deadhead, full trip time, owner pay, other labor, fees and expenses yourself. The tool does not confirm market competitiveness, document authenticity, payment, contract enforceability or vehicle eligibility. Upload only material you are authorized to share, after removing unnecessary sensitive information. Processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Limits keep scanning free and may pause it; manual entry remains available.
Public access and browser drafts
The full directory and business tools are free without an account. Visitor registration and email signup are currently unavailable. Browser-saved drafts remain on that browser and device and are not stored in an account. Privacy practices and choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not abuse forms, submit deceptive reports, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site or present its research as a guaranteed contract. You may share links to the site. Company names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the businesses listed. Inclusion does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement of BTO. Company representatives can contact us about corrections or logo-removal requests.
