Research notes
LoadBoot supports box-truck/expedited carriers and new authorities through an independent dispatch service and marketplace, not as a freight broker. Its current published fee is 5% of gross line-haul on loads its dispatcher books and the carrier delivers, invoiced after delivery; fuel surcharge, detention, TONU, layover and lumper charges are excluded from that fee. Each broker can still impose its own authority-age, insurance and safety rules. The dispatch agreement requires 30 days' written notice to end the service. Confirm actual box-truck availability, written payment terms and the current agreement before enrolling.
