RXO's national last-mile carrier page requires MC/interstate USDOT numbers, UCR, business licensing and registration, EIN, relevant delivery/installation experience, commercial general liability, auto, cargo and workers' compensation insurance, plus unemployment insurance when employees provide services. Carrier personnel must meet customer screening requirements. Its Hartford recruiting page specifically requires a 26-foot box truck and a two-person delivery team; these are market-specific facts, not verified nationwide minimums.
